What we collect
When you create an account in the Omagh MMA app we collect your name, email, phone number and date of birth, and an emergency contact if you give one. We record your class bookings and attendance, your membership and payment history, any grades and belts we award you, and things you choose to post on the Wall. Coaches may keep short notes about your training (for example an injury you’ve told us about) so we can look after you on the mats.
Why
To run your membership, book you into classes, keep you safe, tell you about changes (a cancelled class, a grading), and run the gym’s community features. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for advertising.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe and Direct Debits by GoCardless. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
Photos
Photos on the Wall are visible to members of the gym only. You can turn photo consent on or off in your Profile at any time. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian decides.
Children
Accounts for under-18s are created and managed by a parent or guardian, who can see everything on that account.
Your rights
You can see and update your details in the app. You can ask us to delete your account from your Profile — we’ll remove your personal details and keep only the payment records we’re required to keep. To ask anything about your data, email us at gerrypoltorak@hotmail.co.uk.
