Exclusive Achievement T-Shirts

To become good at anything at life you have to do it consistently and give it your all when you are doing it. This is no different for MMA or any other sports. To become good you have to put in the hours. Malcolm Gladwell wrote a book called Outliers: The Story of Success which touched on the theory that it takes 10,000 hours of practice to become an expert at anything. Although I wouldn’t agree fully with the theory it does give you an idea of what it takes to become world class at anything.

And on that note, I would like to introduce our exclusive T-Shirts at OMMA for student that consistently turn up to classes, try hard in each class and show improvement. Many thing will be taken into consideration when gifting one of these exclusive tees, but we have listed the minimum amount of classes that need reached before we will even consider gifting an exclusive MMA Achievement T-Shirt.

Although not valuable by itself, it will be a sign that you have put in the hours of practice and have something that can’t be bought for your effort. This will be a sign to other OMMA members that you are dedicated and capable.
